Bill McKenzie

Bill McKenzieBill has been an active bass guitar player and singer since high school, having fronted one of Springfield's original rock power trios "God's Dog" in the early 1970s. Much of Bill's music career took place in Chicago and Minneapolis with various club bands. More recently, Bill has been a member of 'Late Night Muse', 'The LandSharks ' and 'The DeRocchi-McKenzie Band '. Always a great fan of Rhythm & Blues, Funk, Classic Rock and Contemporary Acoustic music, Bill also plays acoustic guitar and writes original compositions. He co-produced an original CD entitled, 'This Feels Like Where I Came In' with Brian Curtis of Springfied's 'The Oohs'. That CD features vocals by Bill and his wife and fellow Emerald Undie, Lori McKenzie.
